The way to the Ward

I don't know about you all people I generally don't bend myself to read a vampire fiction, it's just too much and I can't take it sometimes. But believe me when I say that the brotherhood series is much more interesting than a regular vampire fantasy and many people enjoy it a lot. 

I can't talk here about the whole series right now, may be eventually i will pick one after another.  This review is solely about the book Dark lover the very first in the series of the Black Dagger Brotherhood.

Every one who read that book has a different review some say it's good time pass, some say it was horrible, some say it was just adorable.  Now for me it was book I came across on Goodreads while travelling in Metro (my journey is on daily basis is around 2 hours one way) , so I have got into a habit of attaching myself to a book and enjoying this 4 hour tedious journey through the same space and majorly same crowds.

I was reluctant to read this book would be saying it too modestly I was against it, but then I thought "hey if can't find a better book I'll start it." So I began to read with already bitterness in my heart knowing I would hate it. So I was surprised getting glued to this stupid sappy romance story.  One would say I liked the booked cause I already had low expectations and i would totally agree with you. I enjoyed this book because I didn't expect to enjoy it. 

Now what this book is about :

1. Of course vampires the vicious bloodsuckers but there is also a twist, I don't want to give you spoilers but you'll find it interesting.

2. A 6 foot 6 inches tall well built guy (oh my fault a man with a capital M, leather clad and a king (not just a king but a blind king). Swoon!!!!

3. The evil genius of the villains and the inhumane kind they were.

4. The beautiful girl in distress and needs the protagonist (now that's just sappy).

5. A protective friend who in secret loves the girl with his own twisted past (ofcourse I am talking about Butch).

So these are the elements of the book.  This is not just a normal book it's kind of precursor of all the books in the series introducing each of the brothers and Knicks and knacks, so you can attach yourself to one you like the best and wait for there own story to appear.

But be beware this is truly a sappy love story and still can make you addicted to itself. 

Read it people you'll like it (or may be not) cause I can't tell if you really love a love story or just a random book. But try and decide for yourself friends.

Penny for your thoughts

Since I read a lot I was scrolling through good reads (for those who read they know about this site it's kind of favourite among readers),  I just wanted what you may call a light hearted a comedy and after reading this book I can definitely say it was that with a touch of mystery(just a little bit) lots of laugh and a beautifully written romance who a girl in me appreciated a lot. The book Neanderthal seeks Human by Penny Reid had everything good friendships,  love story comedy and touch of mystery.  I loved how the whole book came together in the end.  

Janie is a type of girl who will be great friend material to any girl from what I understand she never could understand why love was so thrilling, so emotional,  why everyone made a huge deal out of it.  For her it was just another emotion that she will never be able to understand because she was so lost in her own world. She easily got distracted what happened around her on some levels I can relate to her cause I can sometimes loose myself in the book too and forget that there is world outside the book.  She was a fun character to read about her absurdness, quirky replies and and kind of walking encyclopedia. 

Sir McHotpants (Quinn)  was everything, everything girl dreams to have tall, well built, handsome, protective, intelligent and rich. As the hero of this literary wonderfulness I was in love with character before he became the amazing knight in shinning armor. 

Thats just not all what I loved in this book there were also perfectly randomness things mentioned totally randomly that would just make even the hard of the hearts to smile. For example when they were sitting in the park Janie mentions Medusa with her snake hair and comparing Medusa's snake hair to her own. 

For anyone who loves a book about love,  alpha male, family funds, friendships and knitting I would suggest them this wonderful amazingly written book.  And don't for one minute think I would suggest you all people just a random it's one of my favorite books and i pick it up whenever I feel low or in mood for lighthearted comedy.

The day I picked up a pen to write something.

I am new to the world of blogging or infact writing if we want to delve into the world of the plain and simple truths.  I love reading anything and sometimes everything. So when someone suggested that I simultaneously pick up a pen and start writing I thought "ohhh, why not, its not like I have got something to loose." 
So here I am with a pen and paper thinking what should I write about and then I thought oh of course what I love most in the world and what I is closest to my heart i.e. Books.  This one blog I a  keeping it short and simple and just telling everyone who is interested in reading you should read what I love to read and why cause it might help you in choosing what next book to read or what not to read(cause same mistakes shouldn't be made).
